Please go through our Salon Policies before making an appointment with us!

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Blank Hair Co. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. 

Online appointments are highly encouraged for instant approval. Please check your email/ junk mail for the confirmation details. For last minute or same day appointment booking, please WhatsApp us. 

Your appointments are very important to our team at Blank Hair Co. Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services. We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. However, we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.

When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 48-hour notice, your stylist loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We ask that all new and current clients provide a $10 deposit upon booking our online promotions. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the deposit will be forfeited.

We respect you as a valued client and hope to continually be of service to you. We thank you for your loyalty. As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24-hours before the appointment will be confirmed via e-mail, text, or phone call.

All services provided are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. We require that you return to the salon promptly for the corrective service. At that time we will make every effort to correct the problem to your satisfaction. 

Any corrective service requested after one week from the original service date will be under the discretion of management/owner approval. Full-service price applies after two weeks.

  • The corrective service does not cover a change in the style or color initially requested.
  • Blank Hair Co. will not be liable nor offer redo services for hair color that has been done outside of our salon.

We will always do everything possible to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, emergencies come up! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their next clients. We generally allow a 30 minute grace period. After that time, your deposit will be forfeited. Please, always call if you even think you might be late; we’d rather know as early as possible

We accept NETS, MasterCard, Visa, GrabPay, ShopeePay, PayNow, PayLah and cash. Pay later option (RELY) is available for the purchase of packages only.
